ESC activity

description	"Workshops are interactive classes developed and conducted by volunteers for the local youths on a given theme. The workshops are an activity for spreading knowledge and a participatory attitude. They provide a possibility to local young people to engage with the principles and values embodied by the ESC. "
aim	"The aim of the workshops is to present challenges, values and perspectives to a young audience and to invite them to reflect upon the said themes. The ultimate purpose is for them to contribute both with the skills acquired during the workshops and with their own creativity and agency."
tasks	"The volunteers present an idea to a partner organisation, and subsequently develop the program and content of the workshop. The workshops are then carried out by the volunteers, with the required support of mentors and coordinators. Volunteers ultimately take on the role of trainers and actively engage with the youth and the partner organisations. "
